Led by a multidisciplinary team—including physical and occupational therapists, case managers, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals—our services combine medical expertise, innovative treatments, and tailored programs designed specifically for the demands of physically intensive jobs. Acute Outpatient Therapies

Back School
An educational program focusing on spine anatomy, proper posture, injury prevention, and care after an injury.
Back and Neck Injury Program
A structured protocol addressing all stages of spine and associated soft tissue injuries.
Educational Programs
Workforce-focused education to enhance injury prevention and wellness.
Functional Capacity Evaluation
A detailed evaluation of musculoskeletal strength, endurance, speed, and flexibility to assess physical abilities. (Available exclusively at our Pooler outpatient office.)
Job-Site Evaluation or Ergonomic Analysis
A licensed professional assesses job components, work environment, and tasks to optimize safety and efficiency.
On-Site Job Coaching
One-on-one coaching to reinforce techniques, improve compliance, and document progress as employees return to work.
Post-Therapy Program
Employees who complete at least two weeks of therapy or six visits can access our outpatient facilities to continue exercise and home programs with monthly payments.
Prevention and Wellness Programs
Proactive strategies to keep employees healthy and prevent injuries.
Return-to-Work Programs
Personalized plans to help employees transition back to their job responsibilities safely.
Transfer of Dominance Training
Designed for employees with permanent damage to their dominant arm, this program provides compensatory techniques for using the non-dominant arm.
Work Conditioning
An intensive, goal-driven program that restores musculoskeletal strength, endurance, flexibility, and motor control for a successful return to work.
Work Hardening
Offered on-site at the workplace, this program includes daily communication between the therapist, employee, and employer to ensure optimal recovery and reintegration.
