Cancer Survivorship Resources

Cancer survivorship program provides holistic support for your journey

Surviving cancer is a journey that brings unique challenges. While many celebrate the end of treatment, others may feel a mix of emotions—uncertainty, feeling overwhelmed, or even loss. You’re not alone in these feelings, and it’s important to recognize that navigating life after cancer can be just as complex as the treatment itself. Your experiences and emotions are valid, and support is available to help you move forward.

At the Nancy N. and J.C. Lewis Cancer & Research Pavilion at St. Joseph's/Candler, we’re dedicated to providing whole-person care tailored to the needs of cancer survivors. Our Cancer Survivorship Program offers resources and services that address your physical, emotional, and social well-being. From follow-up care to addressing the long-term effects of treatment, we focus on helping you reclaim a meaningful and fulfilling quality of life.

We’re here to stand by your side, offering expert guidance and personalized support as you embrace life beyond cancer.
